Microsoft has already released "Release Preview" build of Windows 8, which can be downloaded and tested for free. The RC version of Windows 8 which will expire on 15th January, 2013 is only for testing and not for commercial use.

Windows 8 has lots of new features like new Metro UI, new Start screen, new Boot screen, new Login screen, new enhanced Windows Explorer and lots of other enhanced features. Windows 8 also has an app store where you can download all new apps.
